These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of KiddoStars ("Application", "Service"), owned and operated by the Company.
Our Privacy & Cookies Policy also governs your use of our Application: Privacy Policy.
By downloading, installing, displaying or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreement, and agree to be bound by it.
Eligibility. You must be 16 years or older to use the Application. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Application if your parent or guardian agrees to our Terms.
Account Registration and Security. To use many of the Services, you must register for an account, provide accurate information, and maintain the security of your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial use.
The Application contains intellectual property including trademarks, confidential information and copyright. All intellectual property in the Application is owned by the Company or its licensors.
If you wish to purchase any product or service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide payment details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax, customer service inquiries, and returns/refunds related to your Purchase. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
The Company may change the fees at its own discretion and at any time.
If you are not satisfied with your Purchase, you may request a full refund within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the original purchase. Refund requests made within this 21-day window will be honored unconditionally, no questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@libramore.com within the 21-day refund period. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original Purchase.
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions ("Promotions") available on the Service may be governed by rules that differ from these Terms.
Application is intended only for access and use by individuals at least sixteen (16) years old.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to claims of infringement.
You may provide feedback concerning errors, suggestions, ideas, problems and complaints related to our Application.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or operation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
COMPANY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, INCOME, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we consider that you have breached these Terms. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Application.
By creating an Account, you warrant that all Services you subscribe to are for your own personal use, and you will keep your Account password confidential.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Application in our sole discretion without notice.
We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Application.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
